Honest Abby reviews Lobos Management’s Bellevue Gables Building

Posted on: November 14, 2011

This is actually a converted convent, nestled into a quaint neighborhood and surrounded by residential homes and other beautiful, historical buildings.  The manager of this building describes it as “Brand-Spanking Old!”, because although it was built in the 1920’s and retains many original architectural features, it has been so well kept that the apartments within still feel flawless and new.

Praises:  The charm and unique feel of home created by the detailing, such as the refinished parquet wood floors, stained glass windows, marble staircases, raised panel trim and crown molding.

Complaints:  No in apartment laundry… you have to use the shared laundry room on the ground floor.

(Okay, Abby, private laundry in your apartment is nice… but at least the apartments have Central Air!)
